The Scoop on Poop…

Solving Some of the Mysteries of Toilet Training

  Thursday, October 27, 2005, 7 to 9PM.
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 112 Middletown Rd, Holmdel

A seminar to help parents of toddlers successfully navigate the sometimes frustrating process of toilet training.
Attendees: those who know of toddlers (24-40 months).

Mrs. Barbara A. Benson, an early childhood professional and pre-school director with over 20 years experience in child development will lead the seminar. “Sometimes the pressures placed upon us by society and often, good intentioned relatives, create a diversion from the central figure in the process…the child” suggests Mrs. Benson.   She believes that a great deal of the pressure and stress over this process can be avoided with an understanding of how the young child’s mind and body works.

Simple and easy to follow steps, helpful hints, a question and answer time and take-home booklet will be offered.  Light refreshment will be served.  A donation of twenty dollars is suggested, and reservations are recommended.  Call (732) 842-4596.

This is the first of a year long childhood development series.
