Dear Families of New Applicants to Little Lambs School,

            Thank you for finding us here at Little Lambs.  You are making the first steps in the process of  helping your child enjoy a terrific early childhood learning experience. We look forward to serving you and your child’s needs as well as getting to know you better in the coming months.  You may find our registration form. Please print it, complete it and return it to Little Lambs of the Good Shepherd, P.O. Box 658, Holmdel, NJ  07733. 
            The application for registration and your registration fee of $50 ($65 max per family) will reserve a temporary spot in our program. This fee is not refundable, nor transferable. On March 1, 2009 our families will be reminded to make a tuition deposit of one tenth of the annual tuition cost for the class chosen.  For example,   if you have signed up for our three day three’s, the annual tuition is $2,500 for 2009-2010 school year, so your tuition deposit will be $250. If you are registering AFTER March 1, then the tuition deposit is required at that time.   This deposit is also non-refundable but in the event you are not able to continue with us, the school board will consider a return request if  another child registers to take your child’s place.
            You will also be receiving your parent packet with all the paperwork required by the State of New Jersey to be enrolled in our State licensed program before our Parent Orientation meeting to be held on May 31.  This includes the medical form where all immunizations must be listed.  If your child has an annual exam coming up soon, download the form  prior to the child’s medical visit.
            We hope that you will find that Little Lambs is perfectly suited for your child’s early education and hope you will find a wonderful year filled with learning and fun.
