Barbara Benson, Director, has extensive experience in the early childhood community. Most recently as the founding director of King of Kings School Middletown, Mrs. Benson has been a respected advocate of developmentally appropriate practice. A member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) since 1986 she has worked in this field for other highly respected schools serving as a teacher for Castleton Hill Moravian Pre-School, Staten Island and Red Oak School, Red Bank as well . Her Bachelors course work majored in Music and Elementary Education, and her Masters studies in Early Childhood Education.
